Hi BAF viewers and contributors, getting a lot from trawling through some of the older posts (before my joining). Just after joining (about a month ago?) and doing some initial posts I found myself a bit flat

after an initial high

of joining and taking part in BAF. Kept going on BAF (?OCD tendency?) and thinking 'Oh well the sites a
bit quiet, ho hum'
, just because postings can seem quite quiet at times (says me a month in!).
I've been keeping myself occupied by going through the older posts - there's a real wealth of knowledge there, just cos it's not recent doesn't make it any less valid, important or interesting (liking 'Diagnosis', 'Citalopram' posts to mention a few). But made me think about the whole forum thing - how I've been using it for I suppose instant gratification (how very 21st century -
).
Think BAF is the most useful local resource I've accessed to date (including NHS and prvate CBT, hypnotherapy, EFT etc etc etc) makes me feel like I'm growing - changing, questioning and fighting back and I'm enjoying it and determined to get the max from it.
Old posts, New posts, Old friends, New friends, really glad I've found this place, hope your getting what helps you from the forum. Signing off before it gets really too cheesy
