Hello, my name is Ben from Lewes.  I thought I would give this forum a shot as I have been suffering with anxiety and depression on and off throughout my life.  A lot of the time I feel alone and the only person who has to deal with anxiety and depression.  It would be good to get in contact with poeple of all ages who have similar problems.  I stuggle to try new things and my social life is always affected by my anxiety and drepressed state of mind. 

Just a little about why I am here, hope to hear from people soon!

You are welcome here...close the door though, cold out there! I can relate to some of the 'challenges' you mentioned, at the moment things are pretty good for me although its taken some work and lots of courage and reflection. It can of course go pear shaped, so I try not to take my progress for granted.

Hi... my name's Nick.
I'm one of the more original members.... I've been going to the group on and off for a little while now ( a few years)..
Effectively, the forum has dwindled and faded for various reasons ( A lot of people who were helped have moved on or have had to deal with other commitments etc..) but anyway, the group started several years ago with one person, Martin, and it can be re-born if the will is there.
I'm thinking about creating a facebook page for us or something..
Would anyone be up for meeting up on a Wednesday night in Brighton on a regular basis?

im tracey. ive just popped back here after not being around for a long while but intend to keep popping back now as it looks like the forum needs the support
